We are proud to announce that Capital Metal Industries (CMI), the largest of our Canadian fastener manufacturing divisions, has been awarded the prestigious ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation for its quality and engineering test laboratory.
The ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It is the single most important standard for calibration and testing laboratories around the world. Laboratories that are accredited to this international standard have demonstrated that they are technically competent and able to produce precise and accurate test and/or calibration data.
This accreditation attests that CMI’s Quality Assurance System, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods have been thoroughly evaluated and approved by a third party to achieve the ISO 17025 standard. Congratulations to CMI and the entire team on this fantastic achievement!
